Order Processing

Orders placed through the Everyday Edit website or during TikTok Live sessions are carefully picked and packed either live on stream or shortly after purchase. This allows customers to see their orders being prepared in real time where possible.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail or DPD and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch
UK Tracked Delivery: Estimated 1–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If a tracked service is selected, tracking details will be included.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Everyday Edit cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Claims for lost items may be subject to Royal Mail or DPD investigation timeframes.
