Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used cosmetic products. This is in line with UK consumer health and safety regulations.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the issue has been verified.
Unopened & Unused Items
If an item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days once the return has been received and inspected.
